OUTFIT OF THE DAY;)

Hi Everyone.....

Today I'm on duty, here I am, sitting in hospital with a laptop, writing this post... I will be going home late in evening so I thought I would do a quick post! And what's more quicker than taking a few shots of what you wore in the morning and uploading them :-))), So let's see...

Ahem.... people, ignore my extra fats please. How do I console myself??? Well, how much paper-thin can you expect a mother of a toddler to be,huh??? ( the whole world's Aunties say so;-))))
This summer somehow I got many lawn suits as gift. This was gifted by one of my Aunties, it's a plain Gul Ahmed Lawn. Nothing special about the print but the color is very fresh sky blue. I didn't want to stitch it the way it was since it was very plain. Even Gul Ahmed calls it simple lawn! Since, I cannot be that much creative as you all know, I took it to my life saviour of all times. Nabila's a local designer who comes up with such good ideas. So this is what she did with it.

Yes, a purple chikan patch, some pleating at the top and a BIG embroidered motif on the back is all that was needed to make it more wearable and attractive. Here are a few more snaps...

So,that was it. A quickie. Hope you like my post. Your comments simply make my day.

Love you all,

Farah.
